Our return policy is only applicable for any items purchased online(sale items and customized items are excluded), within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you purchase in our retail stores, only applicable for exchange with 7 days but cannot be returned.

Our repair service is only applicable for any items purchased in our retail stores, official website or official stockiest (sale items and customized items are excluded). Repair service for backpacks and bags are 1 year, half year for wallets and accessories.
Please keep the receipt for the repair service. We do not provide repair service for items without receipt.
For the first 60 days(bags, wallets and accessories are included):
Depending on its condition, Dude & Bestie provides repair service for the item purchased within 60 days. We will do our best to repair the faulty item. Shipping charges will be borne by us. If the item is unrepairable, we will give you the new one. If the item is sold out, you can exchange or we will give you the credit with the same value amount.
For after 60 days to 1 year(half year for wallets and accessories):
Dude & Bestie provides repair service for the faulty item. Please bring the item to Dude & Bestie retail stores. If you are not able to bring the item to our retail stores, you can send it to Dude & Bestie Shipping Department. All shipping charges will be borne by you. Some processes or components will take up to 14 days. We will inform you to take it back as soon as possible. This service is not guaranteed for all types of damages, however, we will do our best to repair the item.
We do not provide repair service for items that are improper use, surface damage (such as leather scratches or stained fabrics), improper washing, and accidental or consequential damage.
